Application for registration.—Every registered valuer carrying on the valuation of assets of a company shall make an application for registration to the Serious Fraud Investigation Office in Form INC-22, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every annual return held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
