Intimation of change.—Every broadcasting organisation shall intimate to the Appellate Board, in Form 2 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of forty thousand rupees.
