Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a well on Government land who ceases to carry on the sinking of a well on Government land shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Collector in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every map held by him has been disposed of.
