Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the child care institution shall apply to the Family Court in Form V for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Family Court shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
