Intimation of change.—Every operator of a ropeway shall intimate to the Director of Tourism, in Form II and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Tourism shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.
