Bye-law 18, Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Records and Returns of The storage of petroleum) Bye-laws, 2006 [S5E-1Z8]

Validity and renewal of certificate.—A certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its issue and may be renewed for a like period on an application made in Form VI not less than ninety days before its expiry, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees; and the Central Commission shall record the renewal on the certificate and return it to the person engaged in the supply of energy within ninety days of the renewal.
