Application for registration.—Every person engaged in the supply of energy carrying on the storage of petroleum shall make an application for registration to the Central Commission in Form IV, within ninety days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every installation held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
