Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any person engaged in the supply of energy dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Central Commission in Form I, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every supply line then held; and the Central Commission shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
