Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a stone crusher shall apply to the Controller General in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Controller General shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
