Surrender of certificate.—Every placement agency who ceases to carry on the placement of domestic workers shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Local Complaints Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every order held by him has been disposed of.
