Safe custody.—Every keeper of a public register shall keep every inquiry report to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the maintenance of a public register is carried on, shall record in Form B the description of every inquiry report so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Lokpal within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
