Intimation of change.—Every collector of donations shall intimate to the Deputy Charity Commissioner, in Form A and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Deputy Charity Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
