Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any collector of donations dies, his legal representative shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Deputy Charity Commissioner in Form C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register then held; and the Deputy Charity Commissioner shall enter the intimation in the register within thirty days of its receipt.
