Surrender of certificate.—Every collector of donations who ceases to carry on the collection of donations for a charity shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Deputy Charity Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every register of trusts held by him has been disposed of.
