Application for registration.—Every recruiting agent carrying on the recruitment of persons for employment abroad shall make an application for registration to the Government of Tamil Nadu in Form C, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every register of foreigners held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
