Surrender of certificate.—Every recruiting agent who ceases to carry on the recruitment of persons for employment abroad shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Tamil Nadu in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form S of the manner in which every visa held by him has been disposed of.
