Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a critical facility shall apply to the State Authority in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the State Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
