Fees.—The fee of five thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of two thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the State Authority by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form A; and the State Authority shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within one day of its receipt.
