Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a critical facility dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the State Authority in Form E, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every plan then held; and the State Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
