Production of records.—Every amateur radio operator shall, on request by the Telecom Enforcement Officer, produce the certificate of registration and the records maintained under these regulations for inspection at the premises where the operation of an amateur radio station is carried on, and shall furnish with them a written statement explaining every entry in the record which relates to any tower not held at those premises.
