Intimation of change.—Every portfolio manager shall intimate to the Investor Protection Fund Trust, in Form A and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Investor Protection Fund Trust shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
