Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the finder of treasure shall apply to the Collector in Form 6 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Collector shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three hundred and sixty-five days of the application.
