Intimation of change.—Every operator of a cyber cafe shall intimate to the Licensing Authority, in Form III and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Licensing Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
