Application for registration.—Every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall make an application for registration to the Sub-Divisional Officer in Form 1, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every parcel of land held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
