Surrender of certificate.—Every organiser of a conference attended by foreigners who ceases to carry on the holding of conferences attended by foreigners shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Kerala in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form X of the manner in which every certificate of naturalisation held by him has been disposed of.
