Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a ferry who ceases to carry on the operation of a ferry shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every reservoir held by him has been disposed of.
