Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a ferry shall apply to the Tribunal in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
