Application for registration.—Every travel agent carrying on the business of a travel agent shall make an application for registration to the Controller in Form E, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every chit agreement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
