Intimation of change.—Every company secretary in practice shall intimate to the Competition Commission, in Form AOC-4 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Competition Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
