Rule 33, Punjab Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Fees) Rules, 2026 [S5C-C4T]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer shall apply to the State Transport Appellate Tribunal in Form 38 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the State Transport Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
