Intimation of change.—Every dealer shall intimate to the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, in Form 4 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Transport Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
