Rule 19, Maharashtra Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Inspection) Rules, 2026 [S5C-AQ1]

Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal in the custody of the Motor Vehicles Inspector, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal; and where the Motor Vehicles Inspector having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form 2 within sixty days of the succession.
