Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a contract carriage who ceases to carry on the plying of a contract carriage shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 30 of the manner in which every driving licence held by him has been disposed of.
