Intimation of change.—Every occupier of land near a monument shall intimate to the Hotel Classification Committee, in Form VIII and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Hotel Classification Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
