Surrender of certificate.—Every occupier of land near a monument who ceases to carry on the occupation of land near a monument shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Hotel Classification Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every register of antiquities held by him has been disposed of.
