Intimation of change.—Every web aggregator shall intimate to the Securities Appellate Tribunal, in Form IRDA-5 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Securities Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
