Application for registration.—Every amateur radio operator carrying on the operation of an amateur radio station shall make an application for registration to the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing in Form D, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every subscriber record held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
