Rule 12, Puducherry Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Manner of Application) Rules, 2026 [S5C-56Z]

Safe custody.—Every amateur radio operator shall keep every subscriber record to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the operation of an amateur radio station is carried on, shall record in Form H the description of every subscriber record so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing within thirty days of the close of each year.
