Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the amateur radio operator shall apply to the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
