Intimation of change.—Every owner of a vehicle within a cantonment shall intimate to the Station Commander, in Form E and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Station Commander shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
