Surrender of certificate.—Every micro-insurance agent who ceases to carry on the distribution of micro-insurance products shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-2 of the manner in which every nomination held by him has been disposed of.
