Intimation of change.—Every e-commerce entity shall intimate to the Bureau of Indian Standards, in Form E and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Bureau of Indian Standards shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
