Application for registration.—Every mortgagee carrying on the taking of mortgages shall make an application for registration to the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority in Form G, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees and a statement of every allowance held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
