Intimation of change.—Every generator of hazardous waste shall intimate to the Divisional Forest Officer, in Form VIII and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Divisional Forest Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
