Production of records.—Every cable landing station operator shall, on request by the Assistant Director General, produce the certificate of registration and the records maintained under these regulations for inspection at the premises where the operation of a cable landing station is carried on, and shall furnish with them a written statement explaining every entry in the record which relates to any spectrum not held at those premises.
