Report to the Government.—The Digital Communications Commission shall prepare, within thirty days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these regulations during that year, of the number of cable landing station operators whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Central Government and publish it within sixty days of its preparation.
