Forms.—The forms specified in the Schedule shall be used for the purposes for which they are so specified, and where no form is specified for any purpose, an application, return or intimation which contains the particulars these regulations require shall be sufficient; Form G and Form C shall be supplied by the Digital Communications Commission on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees, and a form so supplied shall bear the date on which it was supplied and shall be used within forty-five days of that date.
