Application for registration.—Every cable landing station operator carrying on the operation of a cable landing station shall make an application for registration to the Digital Communications Commission in Form B, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every message held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
