Surrender of certificate.—Every cable landing station operator who ceases to carry on the operation of a cable landing station shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Digital Communications Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every subscriber record held by him has been disposed of.
