Fees.—The fee of ten lakh rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of one lakh rupees payable on any other application under these regulations shall be paid to the Digital Communications Commission by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form C; and the Digital Communications Commission shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within seven days of its receipt.
